VIVE.MX is a digital memorial platform that allows users to create and manage online tributes to honor the memory of their loved ones. The service includes:

• Creation and customization of commemorative profiles.
• Message wall where family and friends can leave memories.
• Digital tributes such as candles, flowers, and virtual offerings.
• Interactive digital altars.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide truthful information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
• One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.

4. User Content

By posting content on VIVE.MX:

• You retain ownership of your original content (photos, texts, messages).
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.
• Offensive, defamatory, illegal content, or content that does not respect the dignity of the honored individuals is not permitted.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Post spam, malware, or misleading content.
• Create false memorials or memorials with intent to harm.
• Automate access to the platform without authorization.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance or updates that require temporary downtime.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

VIVE.MX is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
